• Oats (35/40gm) • coco powder (half spoon) • honey/ sugar (half spoon or 5 gm) • Milk (100 ml) • dark chocolate peanut butter (10 gm)
Take oats in a bowl and add all the ingredients mentioned in ingredients list except peanut butter and keep in fridge overnight ( hr). In the morning add dark chocolate peanut mix well and have yummy chocolaty oats. Note : You can also add any fruite, seeds or nuts in it .
