1. Chicken breast boneless 100 gm
2. Onion, tomato 🍅 not measured 1 each
3. Spices of your choice like salt, pepper, turmeric, chat masala and lemon
4. A lil Ginger garlic paste as per taste
5. Methi leaves, peas , red carrot are optional
Heat the non stick pan , add onion in medium flame. Let it fry with stirring. Add the chicken and the spices and cover and cook with occasional stir. (I love to multitask that time with other chores) Add the ginger garlic paste tomato and spices and cover and cook till done! Enjoy with lemon squeezed.
