dry spices , essential masala ( esp mutton masala) , mutton , onion , tomato

Method

Step 1

add oil ( teaspoon )and ghee ( spoon) calories will be around - . add all dry spices and after that add onion ( amount should be higher ) for the gravy. add all masalas and after some time add mutton ( grams ) wait till your mutton is roasted and mixed with all spices once it is done then add some water and whistle / times for the meat to melt . .enjoy it with your rice ( gram uncooked ) you can take lesser rice too
