Salt to taste
Into a hot pan, add oil, garlic and saute for a minute on low heat. Add dried chilli and saute. Make sure the garlic turn light golden and try not to burn. Now add mushrooms and stir fry - min on high heat. Sprinkle some oregano and salt to taste.
