Mushroom...200 gm Onion..100 gm cauliflower..100 gm. Butter...5 GM cinnamon stick..1 small bay leave..1 low fat milk..50 ml salt and black pepper to taste (SERVES 2 PEOPLE)
Clean and cut mushrooms into small pieces.
Pressure cook half of the mushrooms,cut onions ( gm ) cauliflower in one cup water along with bay leaf and cinnamon stick.
Once cool ,just blend all the cooked ingredients in the blender jar
In the pan saute gm cut onion with butter till light golden brown and also add rest of the mushrooms and saute them till it's soft and done .
Add the paste from the blender jar and also one more cup of water and let it simmer.Add little milk and salt and black pepper and turn off the flame.
Serve hot..Serves two.
