100 grams Mushrooms
50 grams paneer
1 slice bread
2.5 grams ghee/ butter
Chopped garlic as per taste
Salt , pepper, oregano and peri peri spice as per taste
Add ghee in a pan and sauté chopped garlic.
Once the garlic is golden brown add diced mushrooms and cook it on high flame.
Once the mushrooms releases all the water add paneer cubes and all the spices.
Now toast a slice of bread and load it with the sauté mushrooms and paneer. And enjoy 😊
