50 g paneer

150 g veggies (mushroom,onion,capsicum)

Method

Step 1

Brush your pan with ghee (you can always remove the excess ghee) and stir fry all the vegetables until they start sputtering, then add half a spoon of schezwan sauce and g paneer, salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
