Ingredients

Mushroom: 400 gm Potato: 300 gm Oil: 25 Butter: 10 gm, Onion, Tomato, Green Chilly, Ginger garlic paste, Curd: 100 gm, Chilly powder, haldi, kasuri Methi, garam masala, Jeera, Dhaniya, black pepper powder

Method

Step 1

Mushroom Marination: Add some salt, haldi, curd, kasuri Methi, Pepper and marinate and keep it aside for mins. In the meanwhile, add oil in a pan and season some whole spices( cardamom, cinamom, cloves, jeera). Put chopped onions, fry them till golden brown and add a spoon of ginger garlic paste to this. Once the raw smell dissappear, add one teaspoon of red chilli powder, half tea spoon coriander and half tea spoon jeera powder. Saute them till it is cooked well. Add chopped tomatoes, and cook till the tomato is mashed well. Add the butter now to this and fry for some more time. Put one cup of hot water to the masala and cook it for some more time. At this stage, check the salt and other spices and add the Mushroom to this. Give it a good mix, cover the pan with the lid and keep this on a low flame for a while. Open the lid after mins and add the potatoes that has already been air fryed(you can fry or ignore potato if it is not a part of your diet or you do not prefer). Give it a good mix again. Add half cup of hot water and bring the whole mix to boil. At this stage, in case you need more gravy, stop the process here add some garam masala and coriander leaves and a pinch of sugar, give it a mix, close lid and keep it aside. If you would prefer less gravy, then keep boiling it. Once you attain desired level of consistency, add garam masala and coriander leaves and a pinch of sugar. Your tasty Mushroom masala is ready to eat😀
