Butter/oil -3 g

All purpose seasoning
Bell peppers/ garlic greens - optional
Salt
Chilli flakes
Clean and slice mushrooms and bell peppers
Beat two eggs nicely ,add salt
Brush oil / butter on nonstick pan and add sliced mushrooms, little salt and sauté them
Add beaten egg to cover mushrooms and add bell peppers
Sprinkle chilli flakes, all purpose seasoning or black pepper powder, etc
Flip and cook for few mins
Turn and add grated cheese
