Mushroom - 50g
Cauliflower, Carrot, Brocolli - 100g
Onion - 50g
Tomato - 50g
Butter - 10g
Oil - 10g
Cashew - 10g
Basmati Rice Boiled - 50g
Cut and wash the veggies except tomato and place it in air fryer to make it little dry for about mins
Put a pan to stove and add oil. Add chopped (onions, a small garlic and a small piece of ginger) and saute till it turns brown. Add pinch salt and turmeric to the mixture for faster process.
Cut the tomatoes and make a puree in mixer.
Add some Kashmiri chilly powder, curry powder(optional), garam masala, pepper powder to the pan and mix it well for mins
Add the half dried veggies to the pan and saute it well.
Pour in the tomato puree and mix it well.
Add the butter and let it melt down.
Add some cashews and saute to mix everything. Add some salt for your required amt.
Add a bit of Kasuri Mehti if you are used to it. Optional.
Add the Basmati rice that has been previously boiled and kept aside
Suate it well and check and add the salt as per your need.
Serve and eat it in medium hot...
