30 gms split moong dal
1 green chilli
1/2 ginger
1 packet eno
1 tsp oil

Oregano
Soak the dal for hour then make a smooth paste with green chilli,ginger and coriander leaves.
Now pour this paste in a bowl and add salt and mix it well.And make a semi thick consistency. add fruit salt and mix in one direction only.
Now pour a ladle full of batter on the greased tawa and make it little thick.And cover with lid and cook it at low flame till light golden colour on one side.
Then add little oil on top of it and flip the side and cook it for another minutes.
Our base is ready and now apply sauce and spread veggies and cheese and cook it again on the tawa with covered lid till cheese melts.
Sprinkle little herbs and chilli flakes and our yummilicious delicious healthy moonglet pizza is ready to serve.Enjoy 👍😍🥰
