Sesame oil 8 gm
Sesame seeds 4 gm
black pepper qty 5
turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
green chilis 2
Salt to taste
garlic cloves 4
Mix Sprouts, green chili, garlic, pepper, carrot , salt and blend it in a mixer grinder to make batter.
Add frest cut spinach to the batter.
Heat the pan, spray some sesame oil on it and make small patties from the batter.
Sprinkle some seseme seeds on it and shallow fry both the sides. Enjoy
