Hing - 1/2 tea spoon
Salt
Soak the oats and moong seperately overnight.
Drain the water and grind the oats and moong with ginger, chilly, salt,hing and little water to form a dosa batter.
Let it rest for - mins.
Heat the pan and spread the dosa batter either thick or thin as per your preference.
You can use a little oil/ghee if needed.
Cook on one side, flip it and cook the other side for a few seconds.
