While washing the chilka moong dal , don’t discard the chilka fully - Coarsely grind dal with chilka - grind ginger , garlic and cumin seeds - finely chop other ingredients Add salt and other ingredients to dal ( except mint leaves) . Make sure you add onion only at the time of cooking . Cook in air fryer for to minutes at degrees Chutney Grind coriander leaves , mind leaves , green chilli , ginger , garlic into fine paste add salt
