Soak green moong in the night or atleast -hours. Grind green moong, ginger, garlic, spinach and coriander leaves together. Add salt and eno to it. Brush oil in the appe pan and pour batter in small quantity. Simmer the stove and let it cook. Cook both the sides and serve with chutney or ketchup. Enjoy
