500 gm mixed vegetables ( I have used cauliflower, french beans, carrots, peas)
jeera and methi seeds for tempering
haldi, jeera, dhania, kashmiri laal mirch and garam masala powder
salt to taste
10gm ghee
water as required
heat ghee in a pan. add jeera and methi seeds. once it starts to splutter, add the vegetables
add salt to taste and masalas except garam masala. stir well.
add water as required. cover and cook on low flame until desired consistency of water is remaining and until vegetables are fully cooked.
lastly add garam masala powder. give a good stir. cover and turn off the flame. enjoy with hot steamed rice or rotis!
