Apple -100gm Banana-100gm Black grapes -100gm Honey -5gm (you can skip also or add sugar free) curd - 50gm flax seeds -5gm
cut all fruits into small dice. . keep cut fruit in freezer for atleast -hrs. . once fruits are chilled put them in blender add curd and honey to it. . Blend all above ingredients nicely and garnish it with flax seeds. Your chilled smoothies bowl is ready to eat. It's my go to sweet these day try it and let me know
