Chicken breast- 100gm
Boiled eggs - 2
Tomato - 60gm
Green onion and scallions- 50gm
Coriander leaves - 10gm
Spices - mixed herbs, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder & salt
Olive oil- 5gm
Chop the boiled eggs after removing the shells and keep it aside.
Mince the chicken in the grinder and add ginger, garlic, chilly paste and cook it on medium flame in a nonstick pan until it’s cook through. Scrape it off the sides and bottom while adding water as required and take it out once you get small round chunks!
In the same pan, add olive oil/ghee and throw in chopped tomatoes and green onions and saute it for - minutes. Add all the spices and mix it well.
Now, bring in eggs and chicken and cook it on low flame for about - minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and give a nice mix. Garnish it with some more leaves before serving! Enjoy
