Onion - 27gms ( it can be more or less depending on how much you like onion) Capsicum - 40gms Chicken Thigh - 40gms Butter - 5gm Milk - 40ml Carrot - 100g
You can add Coconut milk if you want.
#FITTRMasterchef Soup ( Named it Milky way)😆 (In bengali we call it chicken stew) Preperation time: mins Cooking time :mins Total Calories : . cal Protein : grams Carbs : .grams Fat : grams Process: Step : Heat butter in pressure cooker,add ginger and garlic cloves to it. Step : Add all the veggies in it. (Capsicum,Carrot and Onion). Saute it. Step : Add chicken pieces to it along with salt and Pepper.Saute it with veggies. Step : Add Oregano,Chilli flakes( any seasoning you like). Step: Add milk and water together( I don't like it slurpy,hence i put in less water.You can put it according to how you want the consistency of your soup)I prefer it this way. (If you want you can add milk at last,in that case this step will only be water with veggies and chicken) Step : Pressure cook it whistles on low steam.( Since i took chicken thigh it took me whistles) Step : Enjoy it with Garlic bread or anything you love ❤️.
