150 ml whole milk

20 gm coarsely ground oats

10 gm chopped dates

Pinch of cardamom powder

10 gm overnight soaked walnuts (optional)

10 gm overnight soaked black raisins (optional)

Method

Step 1

Mix the first three ingredients and microwave for secs.

Step 2

Stir well and again microwave for secs.

Step 3

Add cardamom powder and stir it well.

Step 4

Optional - Garnish with walnuts and raisins.
