1 spoon cooked kidney beans
prepare stuffing with onion, tomato, Mexican beans and taco seasoning in butter
cook plain beaten omlette with eggs
add stuffing and add shredded cheese and fold
toast bread
serve stuffed omelette with sour cream, avocado pulp and salsa
add/reduce bread, avocado, sour cream as per your macro. can replace egg with egg white though at least full egg is recommended.
