1) Mix Millet flour: 40 gm 2) Sattu/Besan: 20 gm 3) Soya flour: 10 gm 4) Methi: 50 gm 5) Oil: 3-5 ml 6) Spices: Ajwain, Haldi, Namak, Dhaniya, Lal Mirch, lemon Juice, Chaat masala (to taste) 7) Ginger & Gaelic paste: 1 table spoon 8) Baking soda: half tablet spoon.
) Take the Millet flour add sattu and soya flour to it. ) Add half-half table spoon of Ajwain, Haldi, Namak, Dhaniya, Lal Mirch, Chaat masala, Baking soda and squeeze half lemon. ) Add chopped Methi and mix well. ) Add some water and mix, repeat till you create a thick dough, cover and put it aside for mins. ) Make small tikkis or any preferred shape and put it in a preheated steamer on medium flame for mins. ) Spray or polish some oil on a nonstick pan and place steamed tikkis on it and roast on medium flame till they turn brown and crispy. ) Serve hot with tomato and coriander chutneys.
