Methi (fenugreek) leaves(can keep thin slender stems), lemon medium sized half to one
50 gm radish, one cucumber, 50 gms carrot, 50 gms onion, 50 gm tomatoes, half cup chopped carrots
salt, red chilly powder as per your taste
Chop into small pieces the above mentioned veggies. You can add other veggies of your choice if they fit into macros.
Mix these all together in a bowl. Sprinkle salt and chilly powder as per your taste. I usually make it on spicier side. Toss them together. Now squeeze a lemon over these and toss again together. Enjoy!
