Matra (white peas) : 100g
Mint Leaves -3/4 cup
Black Cardamom, Cumin, Fennel seeds - 1 tsp each
Dry red chilli - 2
Hing - a pinch
Black Salt - acc to taste
Black Pepper - 5
Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind - 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala, red chili powder, Garam masala - 1/2 tsp each
Soak white peas overnight, drain the water and add cups water and pressure cook on high flame for mins, and then mins on slow flame
To make mint chutney, take all ingredients, apart from white peas and grind it on a food processor
Add tbe chutney to white peas and let it cook for few mins
Garnish with chopped onions and julliened ginger and lemon wedges
Serve with buttered kulcha/ pav according to your carb macros
