👉🏻Soak the matar or dried white peas overnight or for to hours. 👉🏻Drain and pressure cook in to cups of water till the matar is completely cooked. 👉🏻let them cool down 👉🏻 Chop tomato, onion, green chillis and ginger and add to the boiled matar. 👉🏻 In the boiled matar, add the dry spice powders one by one - chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, amchur powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. 👉🏻Mix the matar till all the flavours get mingled, for about to minutes. 👉🏻 Add lemon to make it tangier, and don’t forget to add pickles, green chilli and onions as a salad. 👉🏻 Grill the kulcha with butter and enjoy your street-style matar kulcha😃
