suji 45 gm, soya chunks 10 gm, onion 1, capsicum 1, tomato 1, curd 50 gm, oil 5 gm addition to it, Kari patta , 1/4 so urd daal, 1/4 sp Rai Dana, salt, eno half pouch
for tarka little urd daal, Rai ,Kari patta leaves
for chatney curd 50 gm, salt, 1/4 sp kashmiri mirch, half sp sugar,20 gm ground nut roasted, few drops suger free( as per taste)
for panniaraam Finally chop all the vegetables, Grind soya chunks. Pour suji in a pan .add gm curd little water and grinded soya and vegetables. Keep aside for half an hour.Then add ginger grated half sp, salt as per taste, and mix well Make tarka Pour . gm ghee in a tarka pan , add half sp urd daal, half sp Rai, Kari leaf, roast them and add to batter. Take Appaam container( non stick) ,heat it a bit . Add half spoon eno in batter ,mix well . Place in appaam container as shown in pic . Cook , reverse them , check , when they are pink and they don't stich to needle , take them out
for chatney Method Put all the ingradients in mixie and chrun them till grinded
Boiled eggs Boil eggs , peel them , put black salt and pepper .
