Step 1

Put soya chunks in boiling water for mins. Drain out the excess water . Add few drops of oil in pan and dry roast soya chunks for mins. Sprinkle Maggie masala/peri peri masala over that. Switch off the flame. Easy and hustle free soya recipe is ready. High in protein and satiation index. I cooked gms of chunks , you can take according to your macros .
