Add a tsp of olive oil, then add cloves, a small piece of cinnamon, tsp of cumin and let it splutter. Add onion, mint leaves, capsicum, tomatoes, green chillies, and mushrooms, sauté them until they’re cooked well. Then add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper powder and mix the veggies with the spices. Later add diced paneer and sauté for mins. Add in the soaked rice and salt and stir it all to mix well and add the necessary amount of water and finally close the lid off. After minutes you’ve the perfectly cooked one pot meal rich in carbohydrates, protein and fibre. Top it off with coriander leaves. #FITTRMasterchef
