Mixed veggies 100 gm - peas, tomatoes , onions, Crushed garlic

Oats 30 gm

Milky mist high protein paneer 50 gm

Salt, Turmeric, jeera&pepper powder

Half a lemon , coriander leaves

Method

Step 1

Pressure cook veggies , salt,spices , oats , grated paneer .

Step 2

Once cooked squeeze half a lemon , garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm.
