Spices, Salt as per taste.
Take gm out of the total soya chunks and grind them to make flour and soak rest of the soya chunks in hot water for aprox mins.
Mix wheat flour,soya flour, salt, haldi, chilli powder, water and kneed dough.
Remove water from soaked soya chunks and put them into blender and hit the pulse button - times to make small granules of it.
Put the blended soya chunk into pan add chicken masala and salt to it ,cook it well and keep it aside.
boil the tomatoes and make its purey.
Add a little oil to the pan, add cabbage and tomato purry along with maggie masala, chilli masala and salt.
Mix soya chunks with the sabji.
For baati, Make balls of the dough, stuff the mixture to it and brush little oil over these baatis.
Pre heat appe pan/ tawa, put this dough balls on it and cook them well from all side.
You can enjoy these baatis as it is or with dal/ chutney.
