Soya chunks - 50gm
Capsicum & onion - 50gm
Maggie magic masala - 1 sachet
Ghee - 5gm
Boil the soya chunks for mins and rinse it.
Put the ghee in the pan and add onions to it and little Maggie magic masala. Fry it till pink in color.
Add capsicum, soya chunks and remaining magic masala and mix it well. Let it cook for - mins.
Can serve it with a diet coke.
Adding soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce is optional.
