Plain oats powder 80 gm (1/2cup) Mango protien powder 2scoops Baking powder 1tsp Baking soda 1/4tsp Vanilla essence 1tsp Curd 2tbsp Butter 1/2cup Milk powder 2tbsp Milk 1cup Lemon 1tbsp Sweetener 2tbsp (optional ) in this recipe no sweetener added
Mix all the dry ingredients in mixing bowl oats ,mango protein powder, baking powder,baking soda,milk powder mix them evenly Pre heat the kadhai or microwave for minutes For kadhai : add some salt in the bottom and place small stand top of it Take cup milk add vanilla essence and lemon juice in it and keep it aside Now take another bowl add butter in it if you want you can add tbsp sweetener also whisk butter and sugar till sugar get dissolved add curd and mix it Now add all the dry ingredients in portions add milk slowly slowly and make smooth paste Grease cake tin with oil or butter place butter paper Pour all the better in cake tin place cake tin in pre heated kadhai or microwave for to minutes on medium flame and in microwave degree Check the cake after minute with the help of toothpick or knife If the toothpick come out clear the cake is ready #FITTRMasterchef
