Corn Flour -15 gms Maida - 15 gms Mango Pulp - 40 gms Cow Milk - 25 ml Sugar - 10 gms Butter - 10 gms Cardamom Powder - 1 pinch
- Take mango pulp, add powdered sugar and blend well to make a smooth paste. - Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl. - Add maida, corn flour, milk, melted butter, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt and whisk well using a handheld whisk. - Grease non stick pan with a tsp of butter. - Pour tbsp of batter into the pan - Cook on medium flame till golden brown on both sides. - Serve Hot
