1) Milk (100 ml) 2) Whey (kulfi flavour/ Vanilla flavour) (10 gms), you can also use sweeteners 3) Mango pulp (50gms) 4) Mix nuts (2 gms) 5) cardamom powder
) Take milk in a pan and boil till it reduces to half. ) Add mango pulp to it while heating at high flame. milk will start to cuddle. ) Keep stearing so that it doesn't stick to pan. ) keep boiling till it gets thick. ) Take whey powder in a cup and add some milk to it to make a thin paste. ) Add the paste to the thickened mango milk mixture. ) Add chopper nuts and cardamom powder and mix well. ) Let it cool, server chilled.
