30 gm Shredded Cabbage
30 gm Onions
10 gm Capsicum
3 cloves of garlic
1 green chilli
1/4 inch ginger
1 tsp Schezwan Sauce
1/4 soya sauce
10 gm ghee
Manchurian Balls: . Blend Green Chilli, Ginger n clove Garlic in a mixer . Add the above to mash paneer and add cabbage and salt . Make balls and bake in airfryer or oven at C for minutes . Keep aside once done
Gravy: . Heat gms Ghee, add chopped garlic and onions and cook till onions turn translucent . Add capsicum, schezwan sauce, soya sauce and little water for a thick gravy consistency . Add Manchurian Balls and let it cook on slow in gravy add tbsp water at a time till everything is well combined.
