50 gm Wheat Floor

50 gm Soya Chunks

4 gm oil

Salt, Spices as per taste

Method

Step 1

Grind Soya chunks to fine flour.

Step 2

Mix wheat flour,soya flour, salt, spices, water and kneed dough.

Step 3

Make dough balls.

Step 4

Pre heat appe pan on gas.

Step 5

Brush oil over these dough balls and place them in appe pan.

Step 6

Keep rotating the baati to cook it well from all the sides and Enjoy.
