Chicken breast - 100 g
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tsp
Lemon juice - 1 Tsp
Oil - 10 g
Red chilli powder - Pinch
Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Salt to taste
Potato - 100 g
Green beans / Bell pepper - 100 g
Marinate the chicken breast with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste & lemon juice for about mins.
Chop the veggies according to your preferences. Boil the potatoes/green beans until slightly soft, no need to cook the bell pepper beforehand.
Add oil to a non stick pan & saute/roast the veggies with some salt & pepper, add the chicken breast to the pan & cook it for about mins. Once everything is cooked transfer it to a plate, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over everything, a pinch of red chilli powder & enjoy your fulfilling easy meal.
