Milk 200 ml

Onion -1

Garlic - 5-6

Salt

Chicken stock (optional) 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Here comes the lean pumpkin soup… easy to make and soothing to taste… just add half a spoon of clarified butter in a pressure cooker, saute onion diced and - cloves of garlic. When translucent add diced pumpkin without skin, stir it and pressure cook in half a cup water(you Can replace water with chicken stock) after whistles just blend it to make puree, add milk for creamy consistency and salt and pepper to taste… serve warm with sprinkled pumpkin seeds 😍 #FITTRmasterchef
