Milk - 225 ml Lauki - 120gms Ghee- 5ml Almonds -10gms Ilaichi powder - a pinch Sugar free - as per taste
Add grated bottle gourd in a pan with milk ..cook it on simmer for - min continuously stirring till it takes the form of good mix add sugar free , ghee and ilaichi powder cook for another - min if you still see some milk otherwise ready …almonds on top..!!
