Besan 40 gm Rice flour 40 gm Soya chunks 30 gm (grinded into fine powder) Coriander leaves Salt as per taste Olive oil 10 gm Red chilly powder Garam masala Lemon juice half teaspoon hing a pinch Turmeric powder Water
Take a bunch of Coriander leaves, cut it into pieces. Add besan, rice flour, grinded soya chunks, all the spices, lemon juice, and - spoon of water and make a dough. Place it in a flat base container after greasing it with gm oil and steam for about mins. Take it out, cut it into pieces. Take a non stick pan, put gm oil and cook it till it turn crunchy. Serve hot with green chutney and enjoy ❤️
