Mutton 100gm Cumin powder 5gm Red Chilli powder 5gm Coriander Powder 5gm Turmeric powder 5gm 2 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 Onion , finely chopped 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 12-15 Curry leaves 1 tablespoon Black pepper powder Fresh coconut 20gm , (1/2 inch size) 1/4 cup Water handful coriander leaves Coconut Oil 10ml
Wash mutton pieces well and marinate it with all the spices mentioned in the list. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic n fry for a min. Add finely chopped onions and curry leaves. Cook till onions turn soft. Add marinated mutton and salt. Add pepper powder, coconut pieces, mix well. Continue to cook for minutes. Add cups water and mix well.
