30 gms rice flour 100 gms coconut milk 40 gms Sweet corn 10 gms Ghee 30 ml Hot water Salt to taste
In a mixing bowl take gms rice flour , salt and mix thoroughly. . Add in half coconut milk . Pour in hot water. . Whisk well furthermore to get a smooth batter. . For filling take remaining coconut milk, salt, remaining rice flour in another mixing bowl. . Heat up paniyaram pan, add in ghee in all shallows. . Fill the shallows with /th of the batter in each and swirl gently for the batter to form a bowl shape until the rim of each. . Now fill the coconut milk filling inside each shallow. . Cook covered on a medium flame for a minute. . After that ,it will be half done. Open the lid, add toppings now. . Cook covered furthermore for - minutes until done. . The top of the kanom krok should be cooked and non sticky when you touch with finger ,take out gently with a spoon.
