Method

Step 1

ADD TABLESPOON WATER TO THE PAN LET IT BOIL

Step 2

ADD FINELY CHOPPED ONION, GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE AND ADD SALT. LOW THE FLAME , CLOSE THE LID & LET IT COOK FOR MIN.

Step 3

ADD YOUR FAVOURITE VEGETABLE AND CLOSE THE LID FOR MIN WITH MEDIUM FLAME .

Step 4

WHEN THE WATER GETS DRY ADD THE MASALA mix AND COOK FOR A MINUTES ๐Ÿ˜‹.

Step 5

ADD WATER IF YOU LIKE GRAVY AND COOK FOR ANOTHER MIN OR IF YOU WANT DRY ADD SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER AND COOK FOR ANOTHER MIN

Step 6

GARNISH WITH CORIANDER/SESAMI(TIL)/CHOICE OF NUTS

Step 7

*CAN ADD BOIL EGG AND PANEER OR ANY OTHER SOURCE OF PROTEIN
