Basic spices like salt, pepper, turmeric, coriander powder and kitchen king masala
Sauté the chopped tomatoes in ML of olive oil and add some basic spices like salt, pepper, turmeric and coriander powder.
Now add grated carrots, beetroot and finely chopped peppers. Once it’s cooked for - minutes you may add the grated Paneer.
Garnish it with some kitchen King masala and chopped coriander.
Enjoy it with ragi Dosa or any kind of breads or chapati.
