Rawa -1 /2 cup, Besan - 1/2 cup , curd-1/2 cup, salt, 1 lemon ,water, ENO-1 sachet
In a bowl add half cup of Rawa/ suji, half cup besan & half cup curd and mix it well. Sprinkle tbsp salt, lemon juice in the mixture. Pour some water to make it like Idli batter consistency. Keep for minutes rest. Now add sachet of Eno and pour the batter in idli stand and steam it for to minutes. Healthy n instant Idlis are ready to eat.
