Ingredients: • 100 g suji • 80 g besan • 120 g curd • Water (to make batter) • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp sugar • Salt as per taste Tadka: • 7.5 gm oil • Mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli • Make a syrup with 1/4 cup water, 1 tsp of sugar & pinch of salt
Method: . Mix suji, besan, curd, water, and salt. Rest mins. .Prepare a steel tiffin box by applying oil to it. . Add baking soda, mix gently. . Pour the batter in the prepared container. Steam for – mins. . Prepare tadka with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilli, tsp sugar & little salt. . Pour on dhokla. . Cut into equal pieces, and serve.
