100 grams paneer
1.5 cheese slice
1 medium size tomato
Finally chopped peppers, carrots and any veggies of your choice.
For spices add salt , pepper, oregano , chilli flakes and cumin powder.
1/2 tea sooon marinara sauce
5 grams butter
In a dash of oil. Add some chopped tomatoes and all the basic spices.
After that add chopped vegetables like carrots and bell peppers and to enhance the flavour add half a teaspoon of marinara sauce and you can also add tomato &coriander Chutney.
Now add chopped cubes of paneer. Top it up with some cheese and simmer for to minutes.
Spread the mixture on a Chapati. Fold it in half and grill it in your sandwich maker or you can also bring it on Tawa and make it crunchy from both the sides by just brushing some butter.
