1) besan 30 gm 2) rice flour 20 gm 3) buttermilk 100 ml 4) oil 2 gm 5) baking powder and soda
) Take besan and rice flour in a pot. ) Add baking powder and soda (half-half table spoon) ) Add salt to taste. ) Add buttermilk to mixture. ) Mix and add water to till you get semiliquid consistency. ) Cover and keep the better aside for some time . ) Prepare the steamer, grease the idli plate with - drops of oil. ) Pour the mixture into it and put the plate in steamer. ) Let it steam for - mins. ) Take some oil in a pan put some mustard seeds and kadi patta in it, add little oil & roast them till the become crispy, pour & spread them over the set idli-khaman post taking them out of steaming plate. ) Server with home made chutneys & curd. Enjoy
