Rice flour 50gm Egg 2 Soya chunks 15 gm Cooking oil 5 gm Onion 1 medium sized Tomatoes 2 Garlic clove 1 Curry leaves Salt , Turmeric and chilli powder
Take gm rice flour and add pinch of salt. Now add warm water and knead into a dough. Transfer this to idiyappm mould and squeeze it idly plates and steam it for minutes.
Add mini soya chunks in hot water, let it sit for few minutes and squeeze the water of it and keep the soya chunks ready
For the side dish- Add gm oil in a pan. Saute a Crushed garlic , curry leave , onions and fry it untill onion ara caramelised.
Now add tomatoes , saute it untill it is mushy. Add salt , Turmeric and chilli powder now and little bit water and cook it untill raw smell leaves
Add the soya chunks now and give it a mix.
Now crack open eggs on top of the mixture and add little water around it , cover and cook in medium flame for to minutes. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve with idiyappam.
