Ingredients: • 1 cup deseeded black dates (kala khajur) • 1 ½ cups quick cooking rolled oats • ½ cup chopped mixed dried berries • ½ cup chopped almonds & walnuts • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tsp coconut oil • 1 tsp flax seeds • 1 tsp sunflower seeds • 1 tsp sesame seeds • 1 tsp cinnamon powder • 1 scoop whey protein (vanilla/unflavored)
️⃣ Roast oats & seeds for – mins. ️⃣ Grind dates & nuts. ️⃣ Mix everything together, spread in a greased tray. ️⃣ Freeze – mins, cut into bars & store in airtight container.
